The survey that was submitted, prepared by Fox Land Surveying, apparently did not indicate the existence of all these neighboring wells. The property to the north, #495 Albo Drive claims to be using a well, not public water, and is assumed to be in the original location, approved in 1976. Therefore the proposed location of the sewage disposal system appears to be in violation of construction standards. Based upon this new information, it is recommended that you contact your surveyor to have the design of the sewage disposal system and water supply reevaluated and a revised plan submitted (three prints). In addition, a guidance memorandum is enclosed, for use if the required separation distances can not be maintained. In accordance with Article 3, Section 760-305 &307 of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code,the above referenced permit to construct is suspended until this matter is resolved.
