1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-

At the present time, there are 50 apartments. In order to make
it possible to rebuild and make it practical, we would have to
put at least 100 small. apartments which would keep the popula-
tion about the same as it is now with the large apartments.

2. The hardship creafed is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because
Tpis property has all the utilities - water - sewers - electric.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because
It woulaimprove the properties and appearance of the area.
