WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and { CD a
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the pa o e second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

15, 1968 as Map No. 5060 and being known and designated as Lot
?1�3 No. 11 and part of lot No. 12, which said lot and part of lot
when taken together, are more-particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Glen Court
Lot. at the northeasterly corner of lot 10 and the northwesterly cor-
ner of lot 11, shown on "Map of Vista Bluff", filed in the Suffolk
{ 4?-040 County Clerk's Office as Map #5060; RUNNING THENCE along said
0131 southerly line of Glen Court, North 600 42' 20" East.117,0 feet;
THENCE through lot 12, shown on said map, South 340 50' 20" East
162.90 feet to lot 8, shown on said map; THENCE along said lot 8,
iLSouth 330 04' West 53.96 feet to lot 9, shown on said map; THENCE
along said lot 9, South 510 00' West 52.16 feet to said lot 10;

point or place of BEGINNING.
This deed is being given as a Correction Deed to correct the
description in a certain deed between t e sae parties recorded

December 9, 1980 whereas part of. lot 12 was omitted from the

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the fust part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appur
tenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
To HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-
sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
