and being near Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
On the South by Sound View Avenue, approximately 30 feet; On
the West by land now or formerly of Jacobs , approximately 415
feet; On. the North by Long Island Sound, approximately 46 feet;
and on the East by land now or formerly of Gissel and others.
The easterly line of subject right of way is described as follows :
\ BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Sound View Avenue,
which point is located North 61° 51' 00" East 701.47 feet from
the intersection of the westerly line of Sound View Avenue with
