northerly side of Bridle Court:
(1) North 42' 26' 10" East along the westerly side of Bridle Lane
60 feet;
(2) Northerly still along the westerly side of Bridle Lane, along the
arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 361.72 feet,
a distance of 135 feet to the point or place of beginning;
said point of beginning also being where the division line between
lots 23 and 24 as shown on said map intersects the westerly side of

RUNNING THENCE North 49' 37' 25" West along said division line 403.17
