Pheasant Run Deck Extension Caleb's Way, Greenport SCTM: '1000-40.1-1-56 Date: 6 August 2002 At the August 5th work-session, I had discussed the matter with the Town Planning Board. it was agreed that as long as the decks do not encroach on setbacks and are within the total lot coverage parameters there is no site plan review and approval needed.
