Town Hall
- Repaired keylock at Planning Dept
- Remodel Town Clerks office to accommodate new staff member
- Winterized drive up window at Annex
- Decorated Town Buildings for holiday season
Beaches, Parks & Road Ends
- Maintain parking lots and sidewalks, keeping them clear of ice and
snow
- Conducted monthly stair inspection
- Extensive clean up at Whitcom Preserve, scraped the road front
- Cleaned up properties of debris, large branches after wind event
- Leave clean up around fence lines at Tasker Park
- Trimmed up trees at Tasker Park
- Cleaned up garbage and debris at Pine Neck boat ramp
- Trimmed trees along Shore Road
- Trimmed trees and brush on Takaposha Road
- Leaf & debris clean up at Down’s Farm
- Cut back branches at Laurel ballfield
- Cut in a trail at Manor Grove and picked up garbage.
- Cut back privet at Twin Ponds
- Installed a post at Laurel Lake preserve on end of trail to block
access for cars
- Cut down dead tree at Mill Creek preserve
- Hung holiday medallion in New Suffolk
- Hung holiday banners in Southold Village
- Repaired lights at Silversmiths
HRC
- Cleaned up garbage and debris around building, property and
parking lot
- Decorated building for holiday season
Shelter
- Replaced broken door glass on cat room
REC
- Installed shelving in REC office
- Set up, broke down and assisted at community Christmas Fair

Deer Management Program 2021/22 Hunting season
DPW supported program and staffed the Town Cooler
Craig Jobes regularly interfaced with DEC and Wildlife officers
Manage 100+ hunters in the program
Maintain all paperwork relating to Deer Management Program
Distribute harvested deer to individuals
Transported donated to deer to Oakdale facility for processing
Maintain all hunting areas, signage and trails for program
