ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated on a certain map entitled "Plan of
the S. Buel Corwin Estate, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, as laid out in Lots in
1882, Re-Surveyed in June 1904 for Referee's Sale July 2, 1904, C.E. Bateman, Engineer
and Surveyor, Shelter Island, New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Wiggins Street distant 50.60 feet westerly
as measured along the southerly side of Wiggins Street from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of Wiggins Street with the westerly side of 7'h Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 06 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West along land now or
formerly of Harvey and land now or formerly of Murphy, 126.08 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West along the division line between
Lot 36 and 43 as shown on the above map, 50.00 feet to a monument;
