Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign a grant application for the Southold Town Justice Court. Authorize Pat Conklin, Damon Rallis and Michael Verity to attend Code Enforcement Training April 9, 2003 and May 7, 2003 at Fireman's Park Pavilion, Lindenhurst. Release Georgia Rudder from her current provisional appointment as Building Permits Coordinator and provisionally appoint her to Administrative Assistant. Declare a 1965 Boston Whaler and a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria as surplus equipment ancl authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise said surplus equipment for bid. Authorize an increase in the Community Development Program 2003 budget of $7,400 to be used for the Oysterponds Playground Project. Grant H2M Group the authority to provide full-time inspection services in connection with the replacement of Brushes Creek Bridge. Grant permission for Justices Price and Bruer to attend an Office of State Comptroller Teleconference Progrmn on April 8, 2003 in Riverhead. Authorize Mr. Anthony Abruzzo to survey the southerly terminus of Griffing Street as weal as the property owned by Alfred J. Terp to verify site conditions prior to construction of a public parking lot in Cutchogue. Accept two next highest bids on two used vehicles and decline to release Grace Quality Used Cars deposit. Grant permission to the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce to close Love Lane and Pike Street on July 12, 2003 for the Annual Street Fair. Grant permission to the Oysterponds Union Free School District to use Town roads on May 10, 2003 for a 5K Run/Walk race. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to enter into an extension to the lease agreement with Leander Glover Authorize Change Order #1 for the Brushes Creek Bridge Construction Project. Grant permission to Lt. Martin Flatley and Sgt. James Ginas to attend the Accreditation Training - "Program Manager Workshop" April 23-24, 2003 at New Hampton, New York. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2003 budget to appropriate funds for the Cochran Park Project. Grant permission to Solid Waste Coordinator Jim Bunchuck to attend the 2003 Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations Spring Conference May 4-7, 2003 at Bolton's Landing, New York. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2003 budget for miscellaneous supplies and services. Authorize Supervisor Horton to enter into a contract with Telelanguage Interpretation Services. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute a Third Amendment to the agreement with the County of Suffolk Office for the Aging for the CSE Social Adult Day Care. Determine that the acquisition of trucks with combination dump bodies and paving equipment for use by the Highway Department is a Type II Action pursuant to SEQRA and is not subject to review 200b. Bond Resolution of the Town of Southold Authorizing the Acquisition of Vehicles and Equipment for use by the Town Highway Department, the Estimated Total Cost is $400,000. 201. Accept the bid of Colony Truck Center for the purchase of one 1988 Ford cab and chassis. 202. Set 5:15 p.m., April 8, 2003, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on "A Local law in Relation to Exemptions to Board of Trustees Temporary Moratorium". 203. Authorize Dennis Bradley & Associates to review the architectural plans for the proposed Animal Shelter. 204. Grant a refund to George Wieser, Mattituck Housing LLC, as he has withdrawn his application for an affordable housing change of zone. 205. Determine that the Conservation Easement conveyed by Merlot, LLC (SCTM #1000-75-2- 2) to Peconic Land Trust are pursuant to the Town's clearly delineated public policy to preserve prime agricultural soils and protect the scenic, open space character of the Town, yielding a significant public benefit. 206.
