RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative Amendment to Administrative Permit#10108A for an as-built 8' wide set of stairs that lead to yard with a "U" shaped fence surrounding it; to establish a 15' wide vegetated non-turf buffer landward of the wetland boundary, and as depicted on the project plan prepared by Cade Culver, received on October 5, 2023, and stamped approved on October 18, 2023. The Permittee is required to provide evidence that a copy of this Trustee permit has been recorded with the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as a notice covenant and deed restriction to the deed of the subject parcel. Such evidence shall be provided within ninety (90) calendar days of issuance of this permit. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
