Pursuant to Section 303-b of Article 25-AA of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law,
the following parcel located within your town is being considered for inclusion into an agricultural
district:

The Suffolk County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board will convene a meeting on
Thursday, April 21, 2022 to review the above-listed parcel. This meeting will commence at 5:30
PM and will be conducted in the 1" Floor Conference Room of the Kermit W. Graf Cornell
Cooperative Extension Building, which is located at 423 Griffing Avenue, Riverhead,NY.
