Project Description
To legalize Amended Landscape Plan (Attached) Which Includes the Following As Built
Features and Features to be Removed:
1. Above ground 500 gal, propane tank (30" x 8 ft. = 20 SF )
2. Raised wood platform for AC unit and Elec. For I/A system ( 3ft. x 9 ft. = 27 SF ) on east
side of dwelling
3. On grade dry laid slate patio and walkway on north and east sides of dwelling
( 677 SF +/- ),
`4. Partial existing conc. walkway w/ added dry laid slate walkway w/ landing
(-100.SF+/- ) along west side of dwelling
S. Belgian block surround for gravel driveway ( 140 LF +/- ) along south and east sides of
dwelling

7. Outdoor shower w/4 ft. x 4 ft. wood floor ( 16 SF ) adjacent to east side of main
staircase against deck surround.
