Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 Re: James and Sinnin 5000 & 5300 Paradise Poimt Road Southold Dear Ms. Nunemaker: In response to an application associated with a proposed lot line modification that would increase the area and thus decrease the preexisting nonconformity of 5000 Paradise Point Road (1000-81- 3-1.4)—but not enough to make it conforming—you issued the attached Notice of Disapproval on August 18, 2021. Since that time, based on communications with Mark Terry and the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, it was necessary to resolve a discrepancy between how the existing configuration of 5300 Paradise Point Road (1000-81-1-24.3) was depicted on the survey and how it is depicted on the Suffolk County Tax Map. As the surveymaphas since been revised accordingly and the Notice of Disapproval must be updated regardless, I am attaching hereto a$50 check payable to the Town of Southold and a revised lot line modification map, prepared by Kenneth M. Woychuk Land Surveying, PLLC, last dated March 2, 2022, which reflects updated existing(132,155 so and proposed (126,972 so areas for 5300 Paradise Point Road.
