Page.one shows the hot water heater which is located in the basement with the pipe extended from the pressure release valve to within six inches of the floor. It also shows the smoke/carbon monoxide detector in bedroom number 4 on the second floor of the dwelling. The other four pages show a couple of the five pier supports for the second floor deck. I have observed the depth and size of the piers and to the best of my knowledge it meets the original design criteria. I trust that everything is in order.
