I would understand it that we are under this category:

We are looking to open a outdoor nursery (no buildings) and landscape supply at the property which
we be wholesale to the trade.
1-equipment will be on-site such as skid steer, wheel loader, delivery truck(dump and or flatbed)
2-tree growing and nursery stock storage area For various trees and plant materials
3-storage bins as noted on the site plan will consist of:

Various Mulches,Topsoil, compost, peat moss,assorted gravels, decorative stones, sand, landscaping
rocks and materials used in landscaping and hard scapes.
4-As per town code the site plan is showing we will maintain required setbacks and buffers from all
property lines.All 4 sides of the property will have a soil berm with landscape coverage.The surfaces
and or driveway entrance will be pervious, clean gravel to keep free of a muddy or dusty condition.
