M. `:elf Chairman TDFeeve, members present Clem Booth,Nelson Chapman, John Folk Sr, and Frank Cichanowicz, absent `perry Harnan in N.Y.City. Discussion on the Constitution and. By-Laws, C.Booth and Nelson Chapman_ are not in favor unless the planning and the appeal board have them; did not bring up for vote. Discussion on the gipsy moth spraying, C.Booth" and N.Chapman not in favor of spraying, J.Polk,F.Cichanowicz and T,Peeve are in favor of spraying. Much discussion and many changes made in the Wetlands Ordinance Next regular meeting will be on Friday May 14th at 7: 30 P.M. Each member was given the following papers: Constitution and By-Laws, - Purposes of the council. List of Wetlands Ordinances.-Copy of Wetlands Ordinance. F�eeve Chairman. absent Terry Harnah and Nelson Charman. .after a disscussion on the soil maps the committee examined the wetland ordinance and found that the changes that were asked for were not there, it was deceided that we could not approve of the ordinance in it' s present state, and a letter was drafted and sent to the supervisor statim our stand on -t;his matter, acopy is attached herewith.
