Present were-.' ere: r -'Frank Cichanowicz III; Chairman John B. Tuthill John Plock; Sr. Robert Hood c c Rachel Duell :'-(William Ruland - c Absent was: < Margaret Conway- c, On motion made by Mr. Plock, seconded by Mr. Hood, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of the application for wetlands permit of William Pollertc subject to the width of the catwalk being decreased to three feet. c c. G, ,Vote of the Council: Ayes:, Cichanowicz, Tuthill, Plock, c Hood, ,Dwell, (Ruland A letter was received by Chairman Cichanowicz from Edward F. Hindermann, Building and Housing Inspector. Mr. Hindermann is looking for clarification of the. definition of "wetlands" . Mr. Cichanowicz named Mr. Tuthill and Mr. Hood as a committee to meet with Mr. Hindermann to -discuss the matter.. A nine page questionnaire was received by the Conservation Advisory Council regarding a study of Environmental Advisory Commissions/ Councils in New York State which is being undertaken by the State University of New York at Binghamton. The Council reviewed the questionnaire .and .as a group answered the questions. The following is the proposed budget for the year 1981: Salary for seven members to include inspections and meetings $3,360.00 Secretarial services 300.00 Supplies 100.00 Seminars & Educational meetings 800.00 C __ C C ::' C. -' C .,.There being no further business to come 'before the meeting, , Mr. Tuthill made a motion, seconded by Mr. iPlock .and carried to c . adjourn the meeting.
