the CAC's resolution of October 14 requesting the County CEQ

supported the CAC's appearance at the CEQ meetings concerning
Robin's Island.
ROBERT KEITH and PATRICIA ISAKSEN attended` the CEQ meeting
concerning Robin's Island on Wednesday, October 20, 1993. The
reported that there was tremendous support for the EIS
requirement. Due to the nature of the matter, the meeting was
TABLED and- will be discussed further at the CEQ meeting- on
November 17, 1993. Robert Keith stated that, with the Council's
permission, he would' attend that meeting as the CAC representative.
All agreed.

The Council recommends disapproval because there is 'no reason for

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
DISAPPROVAL of the Wetland Application of HARRY AND JANET
HOHN 118-6-1 to construct new stairs and catwalk from existing

on the beach.

launching a seaplane and/or small boats. Ramp to be 40' long x 14'
wide and will extend from bank to just beyond low tide Fine and will
be removable.
The CAC recommends approval only for a TEMPORARY PERMIT of

after the two year period, the applicant still wishes to have the
ramp available, he would have to reapply for a permanent permit.
