Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson Kim Fuentes, Board Assistant Nicholas Planamento, Vice Chair Elizabeth Sakarellos, Office Assistant Patricia Acampora, Member Donna Westermann, Office Assistant Robert Lehnert, Member John Burke, Assistant Town Attorney Eric Dantes, Member Brian Sokoloff, Sokoloff Stern, LLP Aaron Smallets, Sokoloff Stern, LLP 9:01 A.M. Chairperson Weisman called the meeting to order. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman(Chairperson), Planamento, Acampora, and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0).) At 9:00 A.M., the Justice Court conducted arraignments in the Meeting Hall. Executive Session of the Board was moved to the Supervisor's Conference Room. EXECUTIVE SESSION: 9:01 A.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to enter into Executive Session in order to receive Attorney Advice. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson) Planamento Acampora and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted(4-0). This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). C. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to GRANT a Second One-Year Extension to SV Greenport, #7137, 58775 County Route 48, Greenport, SCTM No. 1000-44-2-20. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). D.
