Seeding Disturbed Areas All areas of soil disturbance resulting from the approved project shall be stabilized with appropriate vegetation (grasses, etc.) immediately following project completion or prior to permit expiration, whichever comes first. Applications For Permit Renewals,Modifications or Transfers The permittee must submit a separate written application to the Department for permit renewal,modification or transfer of this permit.
