BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described at an angle
point in the land now or formerly of Marsten, distant the following three courses and
distances from a monument on the northerly side of North Road where the division line
between Iand not or formerly of Marsten and a right of way 16.5 feet wide intersects the
