WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of one dollar and other good and
valuable consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part,does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and

ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the southerly side of Sound View Avenue where the easterly side of
the hereinafter described premises and the westerly side of land now or formerly of Joseph P.
Krupski intersects said southerly side of Sound View Avenue; said point of beginning being distant
1384.57 feet easterly when measured along the southerly side of Sound View Avenue from the
