ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 4 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
West Creek Development" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
July 6, 1937 as Map No. 1236, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 25 foot private road known as Sun Lane
at its intersection with the easterly side of a certain 15 foot right of way as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Map of West Creek Development" and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk as Map Number 1236, said point or place of beginning being the
southwesterly corner of Lot No. 4 as shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of said 15 foot right of way, North 26 degrees
44 minutes 10 seconds East 100.62 feet to the ordinary high water mark of West Creek;
THENCE along the mean high water mark of West Creek the following five (5) courses and
distances:
1. South 81 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds East, 2.49 feet;
2. North 18 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East, 14.55 feet;
