thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the at Mattituck, in the Town Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 20 on a certain map
entitled, "Deep Hole Creek Estates", filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
January 28, 1965 as Map No.4256; said lot being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
