intention of this conveyance to give title only to such
property as was acquired by the County of. Suffolk by Tax Deed
on May 15, 2013, from Angie M. Carpenter, the County Treasurer
of Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on May 16, 2013, in
Liber 12729 at Page 880.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center
lines thereof;
.TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
THIS DEED is given to replace a deed originally issued on
December 17, 2014, which has never been recorded and is
presumed lost and destroyed.

situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot No. 192 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Club Point Properties,
Inc., situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y., surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tyul,
C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, August
16, 1922, Filed No. 156, more particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Broadwaters Road where the division line between Lot
Nos. 192 and 193 on the aforementioned map intersects said southerly side of Broadwaters Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line south 19 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds west, 284.60 feet;
THENCE north 65 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds west, 118.51 feet;
THENCE north 18 degrees 25 minutes 24 seconds east, 305.04 feet to the southerly side of
Broadwaters Road;
