RUNNING THENCE in a southeasterly direction along the southerly side of said 20 foot right of way, South 64 degrees 50
minutes East, a distance of 120.66 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along other land now formerly of Mae P. Offenheiser, South 25 degrees 10 minutes West, a distance
