Subject: RE: Requesting written input on a proposed project Elizabeth: I have reviewed the Site Plan Layout prepared for the Bay Haven Property Assoc. by Michael A. Kimack, dated October 5, 2021, last revised March 15, 2022. The applicant proposes to replace the existing bulkhead, which includes a 12" diameter HDPE outfall pipe identified as Outfall 050 in Town records, with new vinyl bulkhead. This replacement will require that a section of the Town outfall pipe be removed and the pipe re-set within the new vinyl bulkhead. This work is acceptable provided that the Town Engineer's Office is notified two weeks before the work is to begin so that the Town Engineer can be on site when the outfall pipe is shortened and re-set.
