Project Description: Install an 8' galvanized deer fence approximately 100' along
northeast.property line; install cedar lattice fencing &gate from deer fence to house; and .
install cedar lattice fencing & gate on opposite side of house to property line 6' in height
Findings: The project meets all ft requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold'Town Code. The issuance of an
Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the project plan prepared
by Thomas Byrne, received on October 6, 2021;, and.stamped.approved on November
17, 2021.
Special Conditions: None. .
Inspections: Final Inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be
required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
