Dr.W.Southold, NY 11971 January 11,2022 Board of Southold Town Trustees Po box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 Dear Trustees, I would like to request a pre-application inspection of my property in order to prepare a revised application submission.Please find below information on the new proposed project plan,together with the original wetlands permit#8773 from the Town which included several projects,all completed apart from the proposed 625 sq ft shed, In this new application we will be looking to complete the shed on a smaller scale. Project description: To install a 360 sq ft shed with electricity.The post and beam shed is designed in the traditional New England vernacular style of architecture in keeping with similar and historic buildings in the area.The post and beam structure is pre-engineered off-site to minimize construction timelines and activities on-site.The sheds purpose is for storage.The proposed location is 86.9'from the western end of the bulkhead and 88.1'from the bulkhead at the midpoint of the property. Barron, M.S. on behalf of CAMERON DOWE applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under,the provisions of Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March 14, 2016, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, the LWRP Coordinator issued a recommendation that the application be found Consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program policy standards, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on April 20, 2016, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, z WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees have found the application to be Consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, and, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of CAMERON DOWE to construct a ±625sq.ft. shed with electricity, which will not have sanitary; construct a 4'x15' fixed catwalk with six (6) 8" diameter piles; a 32"x12' hinged ramp; and 6'x20' floating dock with two (2) 8" diameter float piles; and as depicted on the site plan prepared by Shawn M. Barron, M.S., last dated July 3, 2015, and stamped approved on April 20, 2016. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Inspections are required at a fee of$50.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.)
