CONTRACT ADDENDUM RE:
C&D REMOVAL FROM SOUTHOLD TOWN TRANSFER STATION
This contract addendum modifies only that term described herein and all other terms and
conditions are in full force and effect.
The Town of Southold agrees to pay to Trinity Transportation, Inc. the sum of$70/ton
for that portion of the Town's C&D waste stream made up of creosote and/or pressure
treated pilings and/or railroad ties and for other large dimension(6 inch by 6 inch by 8
feet or'larger) pressure treated lumber ONLY; such payments-41.o be made in accordance
with existing billing and payment schedules for C&D, and Section XI"Forced
Accounting" of the contract will not apply. The Town further agrees to pay a 22-ton
minimum charge for each truckload.
In addition, Trinity Transportation, Inc. agrees to show charges for pilings and railroad
ties separately from any charges to standard C&D.
This addendum in no way waives the rights of the Town of Southold to enforce any other
provisions of the contract.
