Dear Mr. Fisher:
To the best of my personal knowledge, the commercial
building housing store, with offices above, located on Main Road,
Southold and known as store #53850 and Office #53480, was
erected about 1929 by George Terry, Esquire, This building
became a commercial store and law offices and has been continuous-
ly used for these purposes since the above date. It is currently
occupied by Hollyhocks Ltd. and the second floor offices have been
in use by Joseph Krupski. The Victorian house known as #53860
formerly occupied the above premises and was moved to the rear of
the property prior to the building of the commercial store and
law offices. #53860 has always been used as a residence and is
currently rented to residential tenants.

Dear Mr. Fisher:
The residence known as 875 Oaklawn Avenue, Southold, to
the best of my personal knowledge, has been used as a one family
dwelling since 1925. At that time the house was occupied by Mr, &
Mrs. Thibault. After their demise the house was occupied by
Mrs. Harvey, then sold to Loretta DiMaggio: who sold Mrs. Dorothy
Reheiser and Dickinson Real Estate Agency was the broker who
sold the house to Mr. David Jackson in 1974. It is in good condition
and well maintained by Mr. Jackson.
The commercial building housing store and offices above,
known as store #53850 and office #53840, Main l~oad, Southold,
was erected in 1929 by George Terry, Esquire and became law
offices and a commercial store and has been continuously used for
these purposes since the above date. It is currently occupied by
Hollyhocks Ltd. and the second floor offices have been in use by
Joseph Krupski.

tot with the following; for new buildings or new use:
1. Final sur.'ey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or toDograDhi~ features.
2. Final a~provai of Hesith Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercial buildings, industrial buiIdings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and instaIla-
tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building.
5. Submit Planning Board approvat of completed site plan requirements where applicable.
For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"
land uses:
1. Accurate su~/ey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Sworn s[atement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings.
