1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove and replace(in-place)existing 4'x 13'fixed dock,and add 4'x 10'step-down platform to north
side of dock;and replace approximately 22 linear feet of 2-foot high landscape retaining wall along top of
bluff with approximately 30 linear feet of 2-foot high landscape retaining wall,all as depicted on the
project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated December 22,2021.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
2555 Kirkup Lane,Mattituck
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:

WORK SESSION & PUBLIC HEARINGS
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2022 at 5:OOPM & 5:30PM
TOWN HALL MAIN MEETING HALL AND VIA ZOOM ONLINE PLATFORM
A Regular Work Session and Public Board Hearings of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF
TRUSTEES will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 with the Work Session beginning
at 5:OOPM and Public Hearings beginning at 5:30PM.
The public is invited to attend the meetings either in person or virtually via the Zoom
online platform. MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES FOR EVERYONE INSIDE ANY
OF THE TOWN BUILDINGS.
Written comments may also be submitted via email to the Trustees Clerks at
elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov and diane.disalvo@town.southold.ny.us. Said comments will
be considered at the public hearing provided that they are submitted no later than 12:00 P.M.
(Prevailing Time) on the day of the public hearing.
The public will have access to view and listen to the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you
do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone.
