These buildings are now in general conformance with the approved site plan prepared by Kenneth H. Beckman, L.S., Dated May 2019 and last revised June 16, 2020, and the Planning Board supports the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for Phase 1 of the site plan. Please note that there are ongoing conditions and elements of site plan approval including exterior lighting and landscaping that will be assessed as the site continues its multi-phase build-out. - This letter does not condone any changes from the approved site plan and approvals from other agencies; Planning Board approval is required prior to any significant changes to the site.
