Box 946 Cutchogue, NY 11935 Re: Approved Site Plan —Oregon Road Storage 11900 Oregon Road, Cutchogue SCTM#1000-83.-3-5.3 Dear Mr. Kosmynka: The Planning Board has found that the requirements for the 797 sq. ft. office building and two storage buildings at 11,880 sq. ft. each, a/k/a Phase 1 of the above-referenced Site Plan, have been completed based on the site inspection made September 22, 2021 and the Planning Board work session on September 27, 2021. These buildings are now in general conformance with the approved site plan prepared by Kenneth H. Beckman, L.S., Dated May 2019 and last revised June 16, 2020, and the Planning Board supports the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for Phase 1 of the site plan. Please note that there are ongoing conditions and elements of site plan approval including exterior lighting and landscaping that will be assessed as the site continues its multi-phase build-out. This letter does not condone any changes from the approved site plan and approvals from other agencies; Planning Board approval is required prior to any significant changes to the site.
