Dear Ms. Hogan:
This letter is a follow up to your letter of December 23, 2021 wherein you detailed your
request to "prune" the trees located on the waterside of your home and to remove o'ne' '
tree in the front of the house, which trees were shown in photographs which you
provided. The Board of Trustees reviewed this request for the designated trees that are
within 100' of the wetlands, as-reviewed 'and seen by Trustee Nicholas Krupski.
The Board of Trustees determined that the pruning of the trees and the removal of the',`
one tree may be done. Nopermit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this,office.
This is not a determination from any other agency. ;

Kevin told me to get in touch with you because we are hoping to prune trees within a 100feet of Richmond Creek No trees are being
removed within 100 feet of the water. Kevin has examined all of our trees and found them to be healthy with the except of one
tree in the very front of the house next to the road-far From the water
I have attached pictures of the trees near the water.
We understand that the trustees will enter our property to examine the trees and planned work.They have our full approval to do
SO.
