Dear Mr. Nolan: Town counsel has advised after a review of the Agway hearing on April 21, 1977, that the original vote of 3 to 1 in favor of your application must stand and that I erred in permitting a Board member to change his vote resulting in a 2 to 2 tie. Accordingly, the action on your application 92250 will be corrected at the next regular Board meeting on May 12, 1977, to show a 3 to 1 vote. Very truly yours, /s/ Robert W. Gillispie, Jr. Chairman The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 P.M. (E.S.T~). ectfully. submitted, Mar~. Dawson Sec~/etary
