Further without site plan review,we do not know if the current parking offered is enough to accommodate their current patrons much less the traffic of a special event(even if the amount of cars seems nominal) If the Town sanctions this with a special event permit, it will endorse the very scheme there that we raised safety concerns over.Surely,we will likely find ourselves being deposed for the lawsuits that will eventually take place when someone gets hurt. I also believe that we have an obligation to the taxpayers to issue any violations that are relevant should they continue with holding the event.
