Submit the Annual Report no later than March 1, 2018. Failure to provide the required information requested is a violation of Environmental Conservation Law. Timely submission of a properly completed form to the Department's Regional Office that has jurisdiction over your facility and to the Department's Central Office is required to meet the Annual Report requirements of 6 NYCRR Part 360. This should include odor complaints, marketing difficulties, major equipment failure, etc. After 15 years of operations, sections of the 13-acre site's RCA pad have become uneven due to digging and gouging from wheel loaders, track grinders, etc. By 2017, this is resulting in operational impediments including soft spots making for difficult terrain for the facility's windrow turner, surface drainage issues, etc. While these have been repaired with additional RCA as needed, the site is in need of substantial re-grading to ensure proper, efficient operations continue. This grading work is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2018.
