This letter:is a follow Up to your letter of September 21, 2021, along'with photographs:
The Board of Trustees reviewed,your request to remove the dead trees as indicated
and prune trees as indicated at the above-named properties which trees are within 100'
-of the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith.
The Board of Trustees determined that these dead trees may be removed at this time
and the pruning may be.done. No permit'will be required in order to perform this work. ,
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office:
This isnot a determination from any other agency. .

one of the officers of that corporation (and proof that person is in fact an officer of the corporation).
1875 Laurel Way—Town shows is owned by: Michael E. Gorman. I would need a signed letter of permission from him
to go onto the property.

Dear Ms. DiSalvo,
My name is Mary Lou Gagliano, and my family owns the homes located at 1875 and 1935 Laurel Way in Mattituck. The
houses are located on Laurel Lake.
We would like to have some basic tree maintenance done, and understand that we need to obtain approval since the
trees in question are located within 100 feet of the lake. We give the trustees permission to enter the properties
associated with both houses to inspect the trees. Here is a description of what we would like to have done by Shamrock
Tree Company.
A. 1935 Laurel Way
1. Removal of the completely dead tree located next to our dock.
2. Have the branches above the roof trimmed back to clear the roofline.
3. Remove a small dead tree located by the platform on the stairs to the deck.
4. There is a dead tree laying on the ground between the 2 houses near the lake shore that we would like to have
removed.

I give permission for the Trustees to enter 1875 Laurel Way and 1935 Laurel Way in Mattituck.
I am currently an officer(President and Treasurer)of Namrog Laurel Lake, Inc.,which owns 1935 Laurel Way. I have
attached documents showing that I am an officer of NLLI (the first and last page of the shareholder agreement-and a
copy of the minutes designatigg new officers,upon our brother's death).
I am also a co-owner of the property located at 1875 Laurel Way. I have,attached a copy of the deed indicating that My
siblings and I are tenants-in-common (my brother Michael Gorman's life estate expired upon his passing),and a copy of
Michael's death certificate.
Please let me know if I need to provide anything else.
