The Board of Trustees determined,that the limbing/trimming of these'trees may be done. No permit will be required-in order to prune"these trees. There are three trees on the east side property line. One tree is on the adjacent property with an extra large branch extending into our yard and is compromised.The health of the branch is very questionable.The branch poses a bit of a threat to our house and since the home is listed for sale, to potential buyer families walking through the property.The other two trees are side by side and on our property.They are quite tall and skinny, and similarly dangerous during windy or inclement weather, again we'd like to avoid any adverse situation during visits by buyers and their families. We'd like to trim the dead wood and reduce their height. You have my full cooperation and permission for the town trustee to have full access to the property to assess the tree work to be done. We have already tentatively booked a work order date with Shamrock, second week of December-obviously pending the towns permission.We're hoping for permission quickly if at all possible for everyone's safety. Shamrock is also very difficult to book and he also has the rare advantage of environmentally friendly equipment for narrow spaces.
