AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

ALL that certain plot, piece or a parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line of Ole Jule Lane with the southerly line of Kraus Road,
being the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described; and
RUNNING along said southerly line of Kraus Road, South 80 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds East,
116.52 feet to the westerly line of Ole Jule Lane;
THENCE along said westerly line of Ole Jule Lane, South 2 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds, 200.00 feet
(Deed) (165 feet Tax map);
THENCE along land conveyed or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first to Ernest W. Wilsberg
and Olga L. Wilsberg, his wife, North 80 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West, 114.80 feet to said
easterly line of Ole Jule Lane;
THENCE along said easterly line of Ole Jule Lane, 3 courses as follows:
