part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a

where the southwesterly corner is intersected by the northeasterly

thence North 52° 34' 40" West 600.97 feet; thence South 880 34' 30"
West 84.40 feet; thence North 12° 37' 30" West 180.00 feet to the Long
Island Sound; thence North 81° 15' 20" East along the Long Island
Sound 108.34 feet; thence South 27° 00' 00" East 140.00 feet; thence

48.64 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for driveway purposes in favor of the
premises adjoining said Lot No. 1 on the west, which right of way is
