consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated September 27,
2005, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 11,2005 in Liber 12413 at Page 778.
SAID PREMISES more commonly known as August Lane,Southold, New York.
Said premises also known and designated District 1000,Section 053.00, Block 06.00, Lot 046.008.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
