THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2016-463 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
MAY 3, 2016:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby increases the number of
Members on the Southold Town Tree Committee from seven (7) to nine (9) and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby appoints
Matt Campbell as a Member of the Southold Town Tree Committee for a three (3) year term of
office to expire on March 31, 2019 to serve in this capacity without compensation.
