BEGINNING at a point in the Southeasterly line of a Private Road, said point being
located at the Northerly corner of the herein described tract and also located 1128.00
feet West of a point which is 777.74 feet North of a monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" and thence
running South 500 01' 20" East 176.57 feet to an iron pin; thence South 480 05' 34"
West 111.14 feet to an iron pin; thence South 11° 16' 50" West 186.40 feet to an iron
pin; thence North 74° 57' 30" West 337.18 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of
said Private Road; thence North 41° 10' 20" East 250.93 feet along said road line to a
point of curve to the right having a radius 317.55 feet and the direction of whose radius
