A special meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
was held at 11:00 A.M. (E.D.S.T.), Friday, May 28, 1976, at
the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York.
There were present: Messrs: Robert W. Gillispie, Jr.,
Chairman; Robert bergen; Charles Grigonis, Jr.; Fred Hulse, Jr.
The meeting was called by the Chairman for the purpose
of reviewing applications which have been received by the Board
since the May 20, 1976 meeting at which time four (4) applica-
tions were reviewed and approved for hearing on June 10, 1976.
On motion by Mr. Hulse, seconded by Mr. Bergen, ~t was
RESOLVED that the Southotd Town Board of ~ppeals set
8:45 P..M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, June 10, 1976 at the ToWn
Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time ~and. place
of hearing Upon application Of. Frank & Agnes Zabic~y;.COx ~Neck
Road, Mattituck, New York for a variance in accordance with
the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100'3~0 and Bulk
Schedule for permission to divide property for second dwelling
with insufficient width and area. Location of property: West
side Cox Neck Road, Mattituck, New York, bounded on the north
by P. Neudeck; east by Cox Neck Road; south by S. Becker; west
by W. Chudiak.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen,
Grigonis, Hulse.

On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Gillispie, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set
8:50 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, June 10, 1976 at the Town
Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place
of hearing upon application of Jean M. Jones, West Creek.~venue,
Cutchogue, New York (Wickham & Lark, attorneys) for a variance
in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section
100-30 & Bulk Schedule for permission to set off lot with in-
sufficient width and area. Location of property: East side
West Creek Avenue, Cutchogue, N. Y., bounded on the north by M. S.
Todebush; east by Eastwood Sub.; south by E. C. Wylie; west by
West Creek Avenue.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen,
Grigonis, Hulse.
On motion by Mr. Bergen, seconded by Mr. Hulse, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set
9:10 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, June t0, 1976 at the Town
Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place
of hearing upon application of Eastern Long Island Kampgrounds,
Inc. by Richard C. Wilton, President, P. O. Box 89, 600 Queen
Street, Greenport, New York (Wickham & Lark, attorneys) for
a special exception in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance,
Article V, Section 100-50 B (5) and Article VI, Section 100-60
B (1) for permission to construct campground and trailer park.
Location of property: South side North Road (CR27) and Queen
Street, Greenport, N. Y., bounded on the north by CR27, North
Road; east by Queen Street & Greenport Village; south by Village
of Greenport; west by Village of Greenport, now or formerly
Fenno, now or formerly Francisco, now or formerly Sledjeski.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen,
Grigonis, Hulse.
The Board studied and accepted sketch furnished to the
Board by Mr. Saul Millman of Millwood Homes, Ltd, 122 Orleans
Lane, Jericho, N. Y. Location of property: Wabasso/Nakomis
Roads, Southold, New York. A public hearing was held on May 20,
1976 and one of the conditions of granting was that Mr. Millman
furnish the Board of'Appeals with a sketch showing the division
of property into two lots.
