The inspection covered the steel reinforcement for concrete shell of the In-ground Pool. The inspection results are: Steel Reinforcement—The proper type and size of rebar was used for the installation. The rebar was correctly fastened and spacers were installed to keep the rebar in place during the concrete installation. The vertical and horizontal spacing of the bar for the walls and base was done according to plan. Based on the information you have submitted, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that: The portion of your property which is located landward of a functional and substantial man- made structure (a bulkhead) greater than 100' in length, constructed prior to 8120177 as evidenced on Aerial Image Resources Photograph AGC#67075 and as shown on the site plan prepared by Ronald P.Constantine on September 29,2008,is beyond the jurisdiction of Article 25(Tidal Wetlands).
