Unlike other local tennis court contractors Court Order performs all our own excavating and laser grading. Retaining walls,engineered plans,surveying fees and permit fees are not included. AR-Weather Construction 1) Homeowner or General Contractor will be responsible for providing 1 up-to-date survey. 2) Homeowner or General Contractor to obtain building permit. 3) Homeowner or General Contractor will have court staked out. 4) The dimensions of the court are to be 36'x 102'. 5) Final elevation of court to be ground level. 6) Remove trees,brush,humus and stumps as needed. 7) Remove fill as needed and bring is sand to replace amount of fill removed. 8) Spread loam over sand base with a minimum of a I"in 10'pitch. All excavating,filling, compacting,grading and leveling work required hereunder shall be performed so that the finished court surface slopes not less than one inch in ten feet. Rough grade of court. 9) Final grade of loam. (All grading is to be done with a 5 channel Laser operated grading machine.) 10) Spread plus inches of.5 plus of Bluestone over entire sub-base.
