Our certification is limited to observations recorded on these dates. Becker Morgan Group, Inc. has not provided regular or comprehensive on-site construction observations. Construction has deviated from the design documents, most notable in the conversion of the closed-loop heat pump system to a geothermal system. However, the conversion to a geothermal system and other observed deviations are consistent within the design intent established by Becker Morgan Group, Inc.'s design documents.
