Due to these factors the application is postponed from our January public hearing agenda. You will have to re-notice all adjacent property owners to which all information will be mailed to you for February's public hearing date. All site plans for projects proposed within freshwater wetlands jurisdiction must depict the perimeter of any proposed disturbance, labeled "Limits of Clearing and Ground Disturbance" verbatim. Therefore, you must resubmit the site plan with this boundary clearly shown. The resubmitted site plan must also show dimensions of all proposed structures and must specify any erosion control methods. 2. You must complete and return Part 1 of the enclosed Structural-Archeological Assessment Form (SAAF) 3. Your client is proposing to construct a single family dwelling in a freshwater wetland adjacent area. This activity is classified "major" pursuant to Uniform Procedures [6NYCRR Part 621.40)(2)]. Therefore, the application fee is $200. Your client submitted $50, and an additional $150 fee must be submitted.
